Vault Beacon - Vault Hunters Addon
This addon for the Vault Hunters mod adds a special beacon that works completely differently from the standard Minecraft beacon.
The new beacon uses Vault ores for its base, doesn't require sky access, and is activated using a Vault Crystal. Simply right-click with the crystal to turn it on, and shift-right-click to turn it off.
Flexible Placement and Protection
The beacon can be placed in any orientation - even on walls or ceilings. To protect it from being used by other players, there's an option to lock it with a Security Key. Once locked, only members of your research team will be able to receive effects from the beacon.
Powerful Effects
The enhancement system is implemented by replacing standard base blocks with special Vault Beacon Catalysts:
- Speed
- Strength
- Haste
- Regeneration
- Resistance
- Jump Boost
- Saturation
- Reach Extension
Additional Features
The Range Catalyst allows you to increase the area of effect for the beacon's status effects.
Suitable base blocks include:
- Vault Diamond Block
- Chromatic Iron Block
- Chromatic Steel Block
- Black Chromatic Steel Block
Configuration
The mod features a flexible configuration system that allows you to change the maximum number of each catalyst type. In single-player games, access to settings is available through the Mod button or the /vaultbeacon open command.
