VirtualStorages | Backpacks - Virtual Backpacks for Minecraft
VirtualStorages is an innovative plugin for Bukkit servers that dramatically expands item storage capabilities in Minecraft. Thanks to this modification, players gain access to virtual backpacks that allow storing additional resources beyond the standard inventory.
Installation and Setup
To activate the plugin, simply download the VirtualStorages JAR file and place it in the plugins folder on your server. After restarting the server, the modification will automatically become available for use.
Main Commands and Permissions
The main command /backpack
provides access to the player's virtual storage. For managing access rights, permissions in the format virtualstorages.use.#
are used, where the "#" symbol is replaced with a backpack number from 1 to 999.
Administrators have access to the /vsreload
command, which instantly applies changes to permission settings without requiring a server restart. Using it requires the virtualstorages.admin.reload
permission.
Data Storage System
All data about backpack contents is saved in YAML files located in the plugin's special folder. Each file corresponds to a unique player identifier (UUID) and can be easily edited by the server administrator. Changes to files are applied instantly, providing flexibility in managing game resources.
