IMPORTANT: Currently, the mod is not being updated or supported.
Basic Information
The Void Island Control mod adds a new "void" world type that is perfect for multiplayer gameplay and team mechanics. You can create your own sky world and manage it according to your preferences.

Getting Started
To start playing in this format, keep the following points in mind:
- Make sure the CompatLayer mod is installed for versions 1.10/1.11
- In single-player, select the "Void? World" world type
- On servers, use the "voidworld" world type
- To create an island, use the command /island create [type]
Standard Island Types
The mod includes five main island variants that can be configured and disabled through the configuration:
- Grass
- Sand
- Snow
- Wood
- Garden of Glass (only with Botania and Garden of Glass installed)
Creating Custom Islands
The system allows creating unique islands using structure blocks:
- Structure block data is located in the "save folder/structures" folder
- .nbt files are placed in the "voidislandcontrolstructures" configuration folder
- To set a spawn point, use a structure block in data mode with the tag "spawn_point"
- Add the island to the custom islands list in the configuration
Compatibility
Custom islands are compatible with the Sky Resources mod as starting islands. However, note that in version 1.10 there is incompatibility with this mod.
Customization Space
The mod offers extensive possibilities for personalizing the gameplay:
- Customizing blocks under islands
- Removing bedrock
- Generating a regular world with a single biome
- Adjusting cloud and horizon levels
- Controlling island height, size, and distance
- Creating a Void dimension in the Nether with a mirror portal
- Single chunk mode
- Empty chest at start
- Starting inventory (.startingInv command)
- Using command blocks for each island
- Executing commands upon world startup
- Additional advanced settings
