Voodoo Dolls - Minecraft Curses Mod
The Voodoo Dolls mod adds special dolls to the game that cast various curses on the player when placed on the ground. These negative effects will remain active until the doll is destroyed or removed.
Although the mod was originally created for streamers as an interesting alternative to Chance Cube, it's perfect for any player looking to spice up their gameplay with unexpected surprises!
The modification features three doll tiers: Straw, Wood, and Stone. The higher the doll tier, the more dangerous and destructive curses it casts. All curse parameters and doll tiers can be customized to your preferences.
How Curses Work
Each curse consists of three main components: triggers, activation chance, and the curse itself.
Triggers
Triggers are normal player actions that can activate a curse. Currently, the mod supports the following triggers:
- Sleeping
- Chopping wood
- Digging dirt
- Fertilizing with bone meal
- Mining ore
- Eating food
- Killing mobs
- Sneaking
- Mining stone
- Jumping
Activation Chance
This is the percentage probability that performing a trigger action will cause a curse. Chances can be configured individually for each curse and doll tier.
