WAN Party (for Fabric and Forge)

WAN Party is a free open-source optimization mod designed for sharing your local server or regular server without requiring network configuration.

Installation

The latest versions of WAN Party are available on the project's official page. While developers consider these builds ready for everyday use, they don't guarantee complete absence of errors and other issues.

How to Use

To share your local world, simply open it to local network as usual. The mod will add a "Share via WAN" button. When activated, it will create an address that other players can use to connect to your server.

Known Issues

Currently, skin loading works unstable, so sometimes players may see default skins. One possible workaround is using another mod that fixes this error.

Bug Reporting

You can report bugs and crashes by creating issues in the problem tracking system. Before creating a new issue, use search to make sure your problem hasn't been registered yet, and ensure you've completely filled out the issue template. Duplicates or issues lacking necessary information for analysis and debugging may be closed.
