Web Slinger
Spiders in Minecraft become much more dangerous with this mod! They can now attack you with webbing both at range and in melee combat. When a spider hits you, it leaves sticky webs that slow down and immobilize the player.
Be careful! This ability makes spiders serious opponents, as getting caught in webs significantly limits your mobility.

For additional information, refer to the project wiki.
Requirements: The mod requires Wumple Util library to function.
Frequently Asked Questions
How to add web-slinging ability for spiders from other mods?
There are several methods:
- In the mod configuration, add the mob to the Slinging:slingers list
- Add the webslinger:webslinger capability to the mob
- Create a subclass of EntitySpider for your new spider (example: EntityCaveSpider in vanilla Minecraft)
- Add the AIWebbingAttack task to an entity:
entity.tasks.addTask(7, new AIWebbingAttack(entity))
Can I shoot webs myself?
In Creative mode or using console commands, you can create webslinger:webbing items and throw them like snowballs.
