Windswept Integration - Compatibility with Other Modifications
The Windswept Integration mod aims to make the experience with Windswept more cohesive and improve compatibility with other popular modifications.
Mod Support
Compatibility with Alex's Caves
- Most gingerbread items and all candy cane items from Windswept are disabled when Alex's Caves is present
- Candy cane crafting recipes now use versions from Alex's Caves while preserving Windswept's recipes
- Additional crafting recipes for gingerbread items have been added
- Gingerbread cookies, cookie blocks, doors, and trapdoors have retextured appearances (if the built-in resource pack is activated)
- Gingerbread men will attempt to steal gingerbread cookies, Christmas pudding, and snow cones to create armor for themselves
- Raw chevon now provides additional saturation when wearing primordial armor
Integration with Environmental
- All native pine items and associated biomes are disabled
- Pines in blossom biomes are replaced with Windswept's pines
- Log cabins in pine barrens and snowy pine barrens generate using Windswept pine blocks
- Bluebells are disabled
Compatibility with Snowy Spirit
- All gingerbread and candy cane items from Snowy Spirit are disabled
- Gingerbread golems can be created using gingerbread blocks from Alex's Caves
- Eggnog can now be prepared using ginger root
- Gingerbread houses generate differently depending on which mods are installed
Support for YUNG's Cave Biomes
35- Renaming ice icicles to pointed icicles (with resource pack)
- Pointed icicles can be used interchangeably with Windswept's icicles in crafting recipes
- Chilled mobs spawn in frozen caves
Additional Integrations
- Create: Added crushing and milling recipes for flowers
- Farmer's Delight: New cutting recipes for obtaining dyes from flowers
System Requirements
The main mod Windswept! is required. All listed companion mods are optional and will activate their respective functions only when installed.
