Wireless Speakers
This mod introduces unique crafting recipes for a wireless music system in Minecraft. To create a wireless jukebox, you'll need a standard jukebox and an Ender Pearl, while wireless speakers require a note block and an Ender Pearl.
Core Functionality
After crafting the equipment, you need to link the speakers to the jukebox - simply right-click the speaker on the wireless jukebox. One jukebox can control up to three speakers simultaneously, creating a distributed audio system throughout the world.
It's important to note that the physical music disc doesn't need to be stored in the jukebox - the device establishes an ender connection with the discs. Speakers must be in loaded chunks to receive the playback signal.
Playback Automation
The system offers several automation options:
- When placing the jukebox on a glowstone block, music will play every morning
- If you position the device on coal, the composition will sound every evening
- For Minecraft versions 18.1 and 18.2, integration with daylight sensors is available
Additional Features
You can save the composition ID by right-clicking the disc on the jukebox. To stop playback without losing the saved track, use the Shift + click combination with an empty hand.
Wireless jukeboxes allow light to pass through and don't create shadows. Starting from version 18.1, separate brightness level settings are available for jukeboxes and speakers in the range from 0 to 15.
Technical Limitations
The game client has hard limits: maximum one jukebox and three speakers for simultaneous playback of one composition, and no more than 8 music streams at once (including standard game music). When limits are exceeded, the system will issue a warning.
