
Witchery- Style Vampirism
This modification offers a reinterpretation of vampirism in the style of Witchery, created specifically for SpookyJam. Players who choose the path of a vampire gain unique abilities but also face corresponding vulnerabilities.
Vampire Vulnerabilities
Vampires are immune to most types of damage but vulnerable to:
- Sunlight
- Fire and lava
- Stakes
- Starvation
- Magical attacks
- Lightning strikes
- Dragon's breath
Vampires also cannot cross running water (feature in development). Different creatures provide varying amounts of blood when feeding.
Items
Cross - provides protection against vampires, stopping them at a distance of up to 6 blocks.
Stake - classic weapon against vampires, designed for their destruction.
Pocket Watch - an essential accessory for vampires. If you've ever played as a vampire in Witchery, you know how often you can find yourself trapped underground waiting for sunset. This watch emits a sound signal one game hour before sunrise. Works from anywhere in the inventory.
Vampire Cape - stylish accessory that gives your character a menacing appearance.
Chalice - drink from it to become a vampire.
All these items can be found in chests scattered throughout the game world.
Abilities
Vampire Bat - allows the player to transform into a bat, gaining the ability to fly freely.
Mesmerize - freezes an entity in place, depriving it of the ability to move.
Speed - endows the vampire with speed II effect, significantly increasing movement.
