Transformation of Witches and Magical Creatures

Regular witches in Minecraft have become a much more valuable opponent. They now have 4.5 more health points and 2 armor points. Additionally, they sometimes spawn accompanied by skeletons, and in rare cases - even with a creeper!

The main change concerns their loot. Witches now guaranteed drop 2 units of magic dust, regardless of luck effects or looting enchantments.

An alternative way to obtain magic dust is by mining fully grown amethyst crystals. The drop chance is approximately 1 in 3, however, amethyst growth takes considerable time.

Creation of Unique Artifacts

Magic dust serves as the basis for crafting several exclusive items, which are described in detail within the modification itself. Currently, about 12 different items and three new advancements have been added.

An interesting side change involves snowballs - they now apply a short freeze effect. If hit with enough snowballs in a short time period, they begin to deal freeze damage.

Additional Features

Wither skeletons now drop withered dust, which can be used to upgrade the envenomed blade, as well as to create wither roses and wither skulls.

All new items can be crafted, and the modification is fully compatible with JEI.

Development Prospects

Among planned additions are new armor, additional enchantments with a unique application system, new items and crafting recipes. Possible appearance of new mobs: both hostile and neutral or peaceful. Also considering the possibility of adding a broomstick with a very low drop chance.

Noteworthy is that some items are inspired by Greek magical artifacts from tabletop role-playing games.
