WorldBuoyancy

The WorldBuoyancy modification introduces unique changes to the physics of liquids in the Minecraft world. This mod makes interaction with water more realistic and partly creates additional game mechanics that can be both useful and completely unexpected.

Special Buoyancy in Inventory

When the "inventoryBuoyancy" function is activated, wooden items in your inventory begin to demonstrate buoyancy. If you submerge in water with wooden items in your inventory, they will slowly rise to the upper layers of your inventory. For example, wooden planks in the hotbar will gradually move to the upper rows of the inventory. However, this function doesn't work without complications - metal and other non-wooden items can block movement, stopping the ascent of wooden items, creating quite interesting visual dynamics.

Integration with the Better With Mods mod occurs automatically - in this case, the mod uses items that are provided as buoyant by BWM mechanics instead of the standard system.

Inability to Displace Liquids

The second function "cannotDisplaceLiquids" seriously changes the ways of interacting with water and lava in the game. Now it's impossible to simply remove liquid by placing a block in its place - water or lava after such an attempt instantly restores nearby. Liquid can only be removed by traditional methods - using a bucket or other containers designed for collecting liquids. This literally forces the player to play much more consciously when working with reservoirs or building underwater.

The mod was created as a kind of game alternative to the usual mechanics and can be perceived more as entertainment than as a serious modification.
