YDM's Glare for FORGE/FABRIC

Add the amusing Glare mob to your game to help you combat unwanted monster spawns! This small flying assistant detects dangerous dark areas where hostile creatures can appear.

When the Glare finds an area that's too dark, it actively expresses its displeasure, drawing your attention to the potential threat. Each such "tantrum" indicates that monsters may soon spawn in that area.

• Compatibility with other mods through biome settings

Configuring Spawn in Other Biomes:

To add biomes from other mods, use the following format in configuration:

biome_name = "modid:name_of_the_biome"

For example, for Biomes O' Plenty mod:

biome_name = "biomesoplenty:cherry_blossom_grove"

To specify multiple biomes, separate them with commas:

biome_name = "modid:name_of_the_biome,minecraft:desert,minecraft:forest"

Important: In the Fabric version, specifying modid is not required. After changing settings, you must restart the game for changes to take effect.

Starting from version 1.19, spawn settings have been replaced with biome tag and biome modifier JSON files, which are located in the data folder inside the mod's jar file.
