The developer is constantly working on improving the resource pack and adding new wolf color variations.

IMPORTANT: OptiFine is required for the pack to work correctly. Without it, you won't get the updated model, new textures, and eye glow in the dark - these are the features that make the wolves truly unique.

Minecraft is a world of cubes, but that doesn't mean they lack details. This resource pack reimagines the wolf's appearance (and possibly other mobs in the future) while preserving vanilla aesthetics but adding more expressiveness and moving away from excessive angularity. If you appreciate the game's classic style but want your wolf to look new - without excessive realism or ugly details - this pack is for you.

Implementation Details

Name Variants:

• Ender
• Crossbones

Note: Transformation into hell or ender wolf only occurs in the corresponding biomes (Nether or End) if the wolf has the appropriate name tag.

Compatibility

• Incompatible with mods that change the wolf model, but works perfectly with those that add other functions without affecting the model.
• The resource pack only affects wolf textures and model, so it doesn't conflict with other texture packs.
• If you already have a pack that modifies wolves, simply place Another Better Wolves higher in the load list.

Allowed: Using the pack in your modpacks, reporting errors, making modifications if you have the appropriate skills.
