Better Betweenlands

Better Betweenlands is a collection of visual enhancements and changes for the The Betweenlands mod. Some features require the installation of Optifine.

Visual Improvements

The core of this resource pack is updated textures. Many items, especially weapons, have been redesigned while maintaining the overall style. Blocks like grass, betweenstone bricks, and ores have been given random texture variations, making the world more diverse.

Usability Features

Includes several practical interface changes: shields now display lower, mask overlays are removed, and Spreading, Mirage, and Possessed blocks have separate inventory textures for quick identification.

Language Tweaks

Aspect discovery messages have been colorized, block names are now more distinct, and tooltips provide more descriptive information.

Optifine Features

A custom lightmap replaces the pitch-black night with purple lighting. Many blocks and items now feature emissive textures with a glowing effect. Corrected armor textures for Rubber and Marsh Runner boots that were insufficiently detailed in the standard mod version.
