Brighter Ores

A resource pack that makes ores emissive in vanilla Minecraft without needing additional mods.

How It Works

Starting from Java Edition 1.21.2, Mojang developers added the light_emission function to the model system, enabling glowing objects to be created directly in the standard game version.

Why Use It

All existing resource packs with glowing ore effects require installing OptiFine, Iris, or other modifications. This one works directly in the vanilla version of Minecraft.

This project's idea was inspired by the resource pack for glowing torchflowers, applying a similar approach to minerals.
