Audio and Graphics Enhancements for CGM
The "CGM Audio/Visual Enhancements" resource pack comprehensively transforms the weapons from MrCrayfish's Gun Mod, giving them a modern and realistic appearance in a unified style with the NineZero's Gun Expansion addon.
Main Changes
All weapon models, textures, and sound effects have undergone major enhancements. Each weapon received carefully reworked firing sounds (including suppressed versions), reloading, and cocking sounds.
Visual Improvements
The muzzle flash now features a four-star texture Localization of some ammunition and attachment names has been updated Models are balanced for harmonious combination of CGM and NZGE
Updated Weapon Models
The Pistol now features full sight equipment working in tandem. The folding stock mount has been moved to the bottom of the grip.
The Machine Pistol received a narrow magazine, similar to the SMG from NZGE. The front sight has been modernized and slightly moved forward.
The Shotgun has been completely redesigned, though the grip and trigger remain for familiarity.
The Assault Rifle received a large curved magazine, harmonizing with NZGE's technique.
Content from NineZero's Gun Expansion is included in the pack and receives additional detailing on the barrel furniture, front sight, and rear body section.
Tactical Attachments
The Short Scope has been transformed into a holographic sight with a new reticle based on the EOTech EXPS. The ADS positioning has been revised.
The Medium Scope now features an Aimpoint-style reticle, with the model from previous versions available in NZGE as Chevron Scope.
The Long Scope resembles a modern 8x CQBSS scope with corresponding reticle marks. A true sniper scope is available in NZGE called Ballistic Scope.
The Light Grip has received a restrained hand-stop appearance with streamlined contours.
Audio Revolution
All weapon audio effects have been completely replaced - from firing to reloading. The new sounds authentically capture the atmosphere of popular first-person shooters.
Technical Details
Translation updates are available for English (US) and Simplified Chinese. There is no requirement to use NZGE - the stylizer functions as an independent addon.
It's recommended to use YUNGNICKYOUNG's Paxi resource loader for automatic pack loading in modpacks.
