Create Guns
This resource pack fundamentally changes the appearance of items from MrCrayfish's Gun Mod, redesigning them to match the aesthetic of the Create mod. All models and textures have been completely reworked to seamlessly integrate with the Create style.
Important Information
The resource pack also functions as a datapack. If you don't have the Global Packs mod installed, simply copy the resource pack into your world's datapack folder. This step is required for the guns to function properly.
Key Changes
- Completely redesigned models matching the Create style
- Main theme - Wild West
- Most items (except guns) now feature 2D models
- Several unique weapon types added
Known Issues
- Custom guns cannot be colored
- Colored guns appear differently in the workbench
You can freely use this pack in your modpacks as long as proper attribution is provided and links to the original project are included.
Compatibility
No update for version 1.18 is planned due to technical limitations for creating custom guns on that version. A 1.20.1 version will be released after the official update of MrCrayfish's Gun Mod. We recommend using the 1.19.2 version or checking out the Scorched Guns alternative pack.
