Hyper Realistic Sky
This is the most extensive and multifunctional sky pack you'll ever encounter. The pack includes 8 unique cloud sets that change depending on the biome you're in. Special sky visuals are also provided for all weather types: during rain you'll see dense storm clouds, during snowfall - fluffy white snow clouds, and in deserts - sandstorms.
Each sky has day, night, sunset, and dawn versions, plus variants for low and high altitudes, totaling 88 different cloud variations!
Additionally, this pack features numerous special events: solar eclipses, shooting stars, lightning strikes, and even rotating tornadoes. The pack also includes rare cloud types like asperitas and mammatus.
Furthermore, the pack offers several skies for the Nether and End dimensions that also change according to the biome. In total, the pack contains 114 unique skies!
As you can see, this is truly a massive and ambitious project, and the best part - it's completely free!
To view the pack's many features, a text file with instructions is provided inside.
There's also a text file about how to remove each feature from the pack if you want to customize it.
Choose the correct version
- Java vanilla: These versions are set to "alpha" release type.
- Java Modded: This is the main version of the pack with "release" type. Select a version and scroll down to see the required mod. If multiple dependencies are listed for a version, you only need one.
- OptiFine: Works with all OptiFine versions up to release 2.2. Version 2.3 and above are incompatible with OptiFine, and thus with Optiboxes.
- Light version: A lightweight version of the pack is available for download with "beta" release type. Please review their changelogs and check dependencies.
Important Information
- Currently, Nether skies do not work with Nuit.
- This pack works with shaders, of course, but since each shader operates differently and has different settings, you'll likely need to adjust them for optimal appearance.
We hope you enjoy this pack!
