Reboundable DVDLogo Datapack
This project includes two important components: a datapack that provides sprite functionality and a resource pack with graphical elements. The main feature is the ability to place an animated object in the Minecraft game space. This element moves freely along the X and Y axes within a frame you create, realistically bouncing off its boundaries.
Installation and Usage
To get started, you need to perform a few simple steps:
First, install both components - the datapack and the resource pack - into your game environment, then activate the resource pack in the game settings.
Next, you'll need to build a frame of any size along the Z-axis, placing it in the game world. This will require enabling cheat mode in your world.
When the frame is ready, standing inside it, execute the command /function dvdlogo:summon. This will cause the appearance of an animated sprite that will begin moving within the structure you built.
Now all that remains is to relax and enjoy the meditative sight of the object moving smoothly through space, watching it bounce off the edges of the frame. It's worth noting that installing Optifine is not required for this modification to work.
Technical Details and Licensing
The development represents an implementation based on the datapack of the original DVD logo concept from PhoenixSC. The original version was created using command blocks, while this implementation has been completely redesigned into a datapack format for greater convenience and functionality.
The project is distributed under the MIT license, which provides users with broad usage capabilities. You can freely use it in your own projects, make any changes and adapt it to your needs without restrictions.
Video Demonstration
The video material clearly demonstrates the capabilities of the modification and will help better understand its working principle.
