Steel recipe for Dave's Building Extended and Create

This modification adds a new way to obtain steel blocks using Create mechanisms. Instead of traditional methods, it utilizes the mixing of components in a special basin.

Creation process:

• Take 8 iron ingots
• Add 1 unit of coal
• Place everything in a mixing basin
• The result will be a steel block

Compatibility: The recipe was specifically developed for integrating Dave's Building Extended mod with Create. It's worth noting that in the 1.18 version of the original Dave's mod, there is already an existing method for obtaining steel, but this option offers an alternative and more interesting crafting approach.
