What You Get

The pack includes enhanced versions of textures from various categories:

Unique Enhancement Technology

We don't just scale up textures! Two specially developed methods are used:

• AI upscaling with neural networks
• Specialized image processing

Thanks to this, most textures look absolutely stunning. However, among 20,000 files, there may be a minimal number of textures with slight artifacts, especially on tiled blocks.

Compatibility and Performance

Main support for version 1.20.1, but the resource pack is available for other versions too. For proper operation, you'll need to set the correct pack format number in the pack.mcmeta file.

Performance Questions

Zero impact on performance! The resource pack doesn't affect FPS at all, and the mod consumes minimal resources. The only "penalty" is your graphics card rendering the high-detail textures. When disabling unused mods, the resource pack becomes lighter than a standard minimalistic pack!

This project refreshes hundreds of popular mods including Alex's Mobs, Create, Biomes O' Plenty, Twilight Forest, and many others. The full list includes intricate developments from 200+ mods.

What Beginners Need to Know

During use, you might encounter some peculiarities:

Connected Textures

Some mods use complex connected textures with random rotation. These elements may scale poorly due to 16 possible rotation options. This especially applies to Better End and Better Nether.

Quality Comparison:

See the barely noticeable seams? This is the result of random block rotation - technically difficult to exclude all such cases automatically.

Color Correction

Item textures preserve original color grading, possibly appearing new tones when detailing.

Unusual Texture Formats

Some mods use non-square textures or specific formats. In most cases they work correctly, but if needed they can be easily disabled.

Quality Rating Scale from Developer

According to the pack creator's opinion, different texture types survived upscaling with varying success:

• Paintings (95%): Perfect! Preserved atmosphere and pixel art
• Items (95%): Incredible detail, especially weapons
• Foliage (95%): More saturated and realistic plants
• Animated Blocks (85%): Difficult category with good results
• Blocks (75%): Excellent result given the enormous workload

With increasing project support, the author promises continuous improvements and fixes. And thanks to mod settings, you can disable entire texture categories with a single checkbox!

Project Philosophy

This resource pack was created as a personal project for the developer's custom modpack. With growing audience, comes the opportunity to significantly speed up the modpack's development and release it for everyone interested.

The companion mod will be released with open source code so the community can make changes themselves.
