Fantasy Shaders Unbound
This shader is built on Complementary Shaders and represents its modified version, designed in a fantasy style. The main goal is to saturate the game world with bright, vibrant colors, creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere.
This is my first project for Minecraft Java, so it may contain errors and areas that need improvement.
Core Changes
- Night sky has become a fantastic royal blue – with clouds, northern lights, nebulae, and stars.
- Daytime palette has gained more expressiveness: the horizon is now snow-white, the upper part of the sky is light blue, and the clouds have received realistic detailing.
- Sunsets and sunrises now glow with new shades, revealing the full magic of the fantasy world.
- Reflective surfaces and the night sky now create a mirror-like effect, giving scenes greater depth.
- The End Dimension has been recolored in purple tones matching the appearance of Endermen and the overall mood of this location.
- Light rays have increased in intensity, making the lighting dynamic and bright.
- The celestial canopy has been enriched with stars, especially noticeable at night and in the End.
- Cloudiness has become even more expressive – the sky now features more voluminous, realistic clouds.
Compatibility
The shader was created using Iris, but due to the fact that Fantasy Shaders is a variation of Complementary Shaders, it should also work properly with Optifine.
Usage Details
- To display the effects shown in the screenshots, you must activate the Unbound option in the settings.
- Fantasy Shaders fully complies with the original Complementary Shaders license terms and also has its own usage rules.
- The main credit for creating the shader goes to the author of Complementary Shaders – developer named Emin. Fantasy Shaders Unbound is merely an adaptation of his work in a new fantasy style.
