Miasma adds complete new look for Minecraft. This pack applies a "cel-shading" (flat, cartoonish color) rendering inspired by the graphical direction of Borderlands. Ordinary landscape transforms into scene from inhospitable, corrosive acid planet. When this tool is active you can see light distort noticeably, as if you stand inside poisoned gaseous atmosphere. Epic perfectness!
This tool quite effective for horror maps, content maker who search unusual artistic mood. Such transformation is non-linear and quite demanding though.

Installation package follows procedure as usual by simply copying files into "shaderpacks" folder in .minecraft folder structure:
- Launch Minecraft and install Optional tool or Iris - a plugin that adds support for visual addons (shaders).
- Go to resource central if provided, or get actual folder(s) archive dedicated to this category.
- Move archive(unzip) pack inside /.minecraft/shaderpacks directory.
- Start Minecraft -> Options -> Video Settings -> Shaders -> select Miasma item.
