Astavie's Skyblock
This is a fully updated version of the famous Skyblock map for Minecraft 1.12 and above, which includes numerous new features and various challenges.
Key Features
The map has been thoroughly reworked and now offers significantly more content compared to the original Noobcrew versions. Main improvements include:
- Full access to The End and Nether with nether wart
- Added 10 new challenges for long-term gameplay
- Special mini-islands with additional resources
- Modified mob drops: zombies sometimes drop gravel, husks - sand, blazes - nether quartz, wither skeletons - soulsand
- World borders from -1000 to 1000 blocks in the Overworld and Nether
- Unique achievements for version 1.12+
- Smart world border system in The End (active only when all players leave The End)
Rules and Challenges
Basic Game Rules:
- No intentionally jumping off the island to regenerate health
- Recommended to play on "easy" difficulty or higher
Old Challenges (50):
Players may skip previously completed challenges from versions 1.0-2.1. The full list includes all classic Skyblock tasks - from creating a cobblestone generator to building infrastructure and crafting various items.
New Challenges (10):
- Collect 64 iron ingots
- Create a gold farm in the Nether
- Cure a zombie villager
- Spawn an iron golem
- Use redstone in three contraptions
- Find a slime chunk and build a slime farm
- Create a lava aqueduct system
- Reach The End and defeat the ender dragon
- Find elytra
- Summon and defeat the Wither
