Minecraft Manhunt Minigame

This is a unique Minecraft minigame designed for exciting competitive matches. Unlike standard survival modes, it features an engaging chase mechanic with a time limit.

How does gameplay work?

Players are divided into two teams: pursuers and a runner. The main goal is either to catch the escapee using special equipment items, or to capture a control point before the time expires. At the end of each round, the winning team gains a victory point, after which all players switch roles to maintain balance and variety.

Several themed maps have been created to showcase the possibilities, such as forest edges, ice ravines, or abandoned villages. Instead of the standard inventory, defenders receive colored blocks to construct temporary fortifications. Each location is designed to provide equal chances of victory for both sides.

The mechanics automatically adjust team starting positions to ensure distance and terrain features don't provide significant initial advantage to any group of players. Pre-set time limits add additional dynamism, creating natural tension and tactical diversity when planning rushing routes or ambushes.
