Ad Astra Oil Well Yeeter Mod

Simple modification that disables the generation of oil wells from the Ad Astra mod. Useful when your modpack already includes alternative methods for obtaining oil and you want to avoid duplicate oil resources or prevent oceans from being cluttered with oil structures.

Additionally, the mod removes the "Ocean Cleanup" advancement since the required oil bucket becomes unobtainable in survival mode. This prevents the progression through the Ad Astra advancement branch from being blocked.
