Additional Placements

Additional Placements is a minimalist Minecraft mod that expands the placement possibilities of standard blocks by adding new orientation options in space. The mod doesn't introduce any new items—instead, it modifies the placement logic of existing blocks.

Supported Blocks and Their New Capabilities

Currently, the mod supports the following block types (including most blocks added by other mods):

• Slabs — can now be placed vertically
• Stairs — vertical placement is available, as well as vertical connection between stairs
• Carpets — can be placed on walls and ceilings
• Pressure Plates — installation on walls and ceilings is allowed

"Testing spheres". These unusual constructions contain all 108 possible stair block states and all 6 possible slab block states for testing purposes.

This mod is perfect for builders who want to create more complex and detailed structures using familiar blocks but with expanded placement options.
