ADJ Blocks

This mod was created specifically for my upcoming modpack "A Distant Journey", but you can UNCONDITIONALLY AND FREELY use it in your own packs.

ADJ Blocks brings back Cattails and Duckweed from older versions of the Naturalist mod, and ports over Twigs, Pebbles, and Azalea Flowers from the Twigs mod. Additionally, the mod includes most blocks from the 1.21.5 "Spring To Life" update (everything except Firefly Bushes and Cactus Flowers). Red and blue variants of Wildflowers have been added, along with a Cherry variant of Leaf Litter.

All blocks generate naturally in the world and are fully functional and obtainable in Survival mode.

Why Choose Porting Instead of Using Original Mods?

Naturalist removed world generation features some time ago, which would require staying on an older version without modern features and bug fixes. On the other hand, Twigs adds a lot of content that overlaps with other mods in my modpack. I opted for porting them into my own mod rather than using tools like ItemObliterator, as their use would still keep the blocks in memory, increasing RAM usage.

This mod uses some code fragments from both mods (both licensed under MIT), but does not reuse their assets. The textures for the blocks were created by me and a wonderful contributor from my Discord server - Midas.

Spring To Life textures are owned by Mojang. I claim no credit for these resources.
