Amethyst Additions

This mod significantly expands the capabilities of amethysts in Minecraft, adding new items and features that perfectly fit the vanilla style of the game.

Main Features

Amethyst Lamp

Emits light and particles, can be placed on different sides of blocks.

Amethyst Block

When light hits one of the sides, it begins to emit special particles.

Colored Water Cauldrons

Can be boiled, and when boiling, they begin to transform amethyst blocks placed above them.

Colored Amethysts

Colored amethyst buds grow amethysts of the corresponding color.

Colored Allays

When duplicating allays using colored amethysts, the copy acquires the corresponding color.

Colored Enchantments

First, you need to create an amethyst smithing template of the desired color, then combine the template, enchanted item, and lapis on a smithing table to change the color of the enchantment.

Amethyst Shield

Deals damage to attackers, but each attack destroys one of its amethysts. To restore amethysts, you can right-click the shield in your inventory. The shield can be enchanted with mending, unbreaking, or sharpness, which also affects its amethysts. You can add amethysts of different colors to customize the shield.
