Anvil Display Modification

The modification displays important information about anvil mechanics directly in the tooltips of enchanted equipment and magical books.

The displayed data includes:

• Number of Anvil Uses - how many times the item has already been used in the anvil
• Base Cost - the main experience cost required for this item in the anvil

The color of the text in the tooltip changes depending on the efficiency of the enchantments: green indicates the minimum number of uses for the current enchantments, yellow means one extra use, and red signals unsuitable optimization parameters.
