The Apothic Combat modification solves the compatibility issue between Better Combat and Apotheosis in the following way:

• All two-handed weapons from Better Combat are automatically classified as HEAVY_WEAPON in the Apotheosis system
• Completely removes the Entity Reach attribute from all weapons and deactivates the attack range enhancement function

However, the first feature may be undesirable due to the lack of configuration options. Apothic Combat: Singled Out eliminates this problem, allowing full customization of weapon categories while maintaining the attack range modification function.
