Apothic Equipment
Apothic Equipment is an addon for Apotheosis mod that creates new possibilities for equipment customization right at the crafting stage. While in original Apotheosis enhanced items with special properties can be found only during world exploration, this addon allows creating equipment with special gem sockets on your own.
Enhancement of Standard Equipment
The mod adds gem sockets to all recipes for crafting standard armor and tools, allowing to anticipate possibilities for future improvements in advance. This makes workshop-crafted equipment a serious alternative to found items with affixes while maintaining game balance.
Socket System for Different Materials
Armor and Tools:
- Leather: 2 sockets
- Chainmail: 2 sockets
- Iron: 1 socket
- Gold: 3 sockets
- Diamond: 1 socket
- Turtle Shell: 2 sockets
- Netherite: 1 socket (inherited)
Other Equipment:
- Bow: 1 socket
- Crossbow: 1 socket
- Shield: 1 socket
An additional feature of the mod is adding proper crafting recipes for chains and the full set of chainmail armor.
Technical Requirements
The following addons are required for the mod to work:
- Apotheosis (required)
- Apothic Attributes (required)
Installing JEI is recommended for convenient recipe viewing, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
Installation
Simply place the .jar file into the mods folder of your game.
