Applied Mekanistics
Official integration addon connecting Mekanism with Applied Energistics 2.
This is a Forge mod for version 1.18.2 that requires both AE2 and Mekanism to be present in your modpack.
Chemical Processing Capabilities
Applied Mekanistics extends the functionality of standard AE2 devices to handle chemical substances. You can now connect import buses to chemical tanks, export buses to other tanks, use storage buses on radioactive waste barrels, attach pressurized tubes to interfaces, or utilize chemicals in crafting recipes.
Chemical Storage Cells
The mod introduces chemical storage cells with capacities of 1k, 4k, 16k, and 64k. Now you can store gases directly in your ME drives! Please note that radioactive gases are not supported.
Chemical P2P Tunnels
Applied Mekanistics adds Chemical P2P Tunnels for high-throughput chemical transfer. Simply right-click any Mekanism chemical tank while pointing at a P2P tunnel to convert it.
QIO Storage Bus Integration
The addon enables storage buses to interact with QIO frequency contents. Just place the storage bus on the side of a QIO dashboard.
Crafting Modifications
To create a chemical housing, you'll need to use osmium ingots instead of iron or copper ingots.
The housing can be combined with a cell component to craft a storage cell.
