This simple server-side Fabric mod makes minor changes to the hydration mechanics of land blocks and allows sugarcane to be grown on new surface types.

Enhanced Farmland Hydration

Farmland blocks can now receive moisture from water blocks located beneath them. Water will hydrate the soil within a 2-block radius when positioned one level below the cultivated area.

Expanded Sugarcane Opportunities

Grass, dirt, or sand blocks that have water or frosted ice directly beneath them are now suitable for planting sugarcane. This opens up new possibilities for organizing farms in various biomes.

Compatibility with Other Mods

The mod is fully compatible with Rich Soil Farmland from Farmer's Delight, extending the new water detection system to these blocks.
