Arachnids

This mod is inspired by the cult classic Starship Troopers movie and the 2005 game of the same name, dedicated to an alien race of arachnid insects. Arachnids brings these creatures into the Minecraft world, where the bugs have taken control of the Overworld's deserts.

Mod Features

Desert biomes are now inhabited by various types of arachnids - from small spider-like creatures to huge predators. Each species has unique behavior and characteristics, creating a dangerous ecosystem that players will have to face.

The mod adds several types of enemies, including standard warriors, snipers, exploding specimens, and even giant queens. They all act in coordination, attacking players in organized groups.

Gameplay

Encountering arachnids turns ordinary desert exploration into an intense confrontation. You'll need to develop combat tactics, use cover, and choose appropriate weapons to survive against these aggressive creatures.

The mod is fully integrated into vanilla Minecraft, maintaining game balance while adding a new threat. Arachnids spawn naturally in desert biomes, making these territories significantly more dangerous to explore.
