Armor HUD Numbers

This is a small add-on for uku's Armor HUD modification that displays numerical durability values for armor above the corresponding slots in the interface.

The numbers will only be visible if the "Show Warning" setting in Armor HUD configuration is activated.

A hotkey is also provided for quickly toggling warnings (and accordingly, numerical values) independently of the main interface.
