AstikorCarts [Horse Carts] for TerraFirmaCraft

This mod is an adapted version of the popular AstikorCarts addon, specifically designed for compatibility with the realistic survival gameplay of TerraFirmaCraft. Originally part of the TNFC_Mod project, it is now available as a standalone extension.

Types of Carts

Storage Cart

A durable cart featuring spacious storage with 54 inventory slots, perfect for transporting large quantities of resources over significant distances.

Plow Cart

An agricultural implement that allows field cultivation using three hoes simultaneously, significantly speeding up the process of land development.

Transportation Cart

Comfortable transport for joint travels, providing the ability to carry fellow players across the vast expanses of the Minecraft world.

Controls and Settings

To attach or detach a cart from an animal, simply press the R key while riding a creature near the vehicle. The corresponding hotkey can be changed in the game control settings under "Action Key".

When you need to slow down cart movement, switch to slow speed mode by pressing the sprint key while riding. The speed value can be adjusted in the mod's configuration, but applying the changes requires restarting the game.

To expand the list of creatures capable of pulling carts (beyond standard vanilla ones), add the identifiers of desired mobs to the corresponding section in the mod settings. Each cart type requires individual configuration, and specifying minecraft:player will allow your character to pull a cart without needing to mount another creature.
