Can I include the mod in my modpack?

Yes, of course, you can freely use it in your modpacks.

How to obtain items in survival mode?

Install JEI, which will show crafting recipes when clicking on items. Create statues, place them near an unemployed villager, and trade with them.

How to reload weapons?

For guns: hold the weapon in your main hand and press R. Make sure you have appropriate ammunition in your inventory (loading priority: off-hand > hotbar > main inventory).

For rockets: hold the rocket in your off-hand and the rocket launcher in your main hand, then press R (unlike guns, rockets must be in the off-hand).

Cannot reload or zoom when pressing the correct key

This is likely due to key conflicts. Go to control settings and assign a different hotkey. If you have JEI installed, which is recommended, you'll have at least one conflict on the R key. Assign a different key.
