Auto Elytra Flight

This mod is a Forge port of the original Elytra Auto Flight addon. With it, you can automate elytra flight by pressing the assigned key (default "R"). When auto-flight mode is enabled, the mod will automatically adjust your character's pitch angle, alternating between descent phases for speed gain and ascent phases for altitude gain.

If you start flying from sufficient height, you can gain approximately 10 blocks of altitude per complete cycle. This allows you to fly almost indefinitely until your elytra's durability runs out.

When you're not flying, pressing the R key opens the mod's settings screen. During flight, a real-time graph showing your flight profile is displayed on screen:
