Auto-Run
With this mod, you can enjoy automatic movement through Minecraft landscapes without constantly pressing keys. Your character will continue the journey independently until you decide to stop!
Installation
The latest versions of the mod are available on official software distribution platforms - GitHub, CurseForge and Modrinth. Through them, you can download current builds for your game version.
For proper operation, Fabric API must be installed. This is the only mandatory requirement among dependencies. Additionally, if you want to flexibly configure parameters, you can add Mod Menu and Cloth Config API mods, but they are not required.
Cross-version Compatibility
Typically, the modification works without problems on Minecraft updates following the version for which a specific build was released. For example, a file marked with mc1.21.2 will work on 1.21.3 and 1.21.4. The marking indicates the minimum allowed game version.
If the compatibility chart confirms the current protocol is supported, it's worth trying the latest Auto-Run version. Most releases work stably on subsequent patches. If a critical error occurs during launch, we recommend notifying the developer through the ticketing system on GitHub for prompt problem resolution.
How to Use
The main function is activated with the 'O' key. If you press it while moving in a certain direction, automatic movement will continue exactly that way. During autopilot, don't forget to hold the sprint key for maximum speed!
The key combination that activates auto-run mode is customizable through Minecraft's keybindings menu, so everyone can choose the most convenient combination for themselves.
| Action | Default | Capabilities | |--------|---------|------------|------| | Enable auto-run | 'O' key | Works in the direction of held movement |
FAQ
Can I add the mod to my modpack?
Yes, absolutely.
Do I need to install Auto-Run on the server?
No, it's not necessary. It's better not to install the plugin on the server at all - this is an exclusively client-side modification that only works on players' computers.
