Average Hot Air Balloons Mod

This mod adds hot air balloons to Minecraft, allowing you to enjoy flights and traverse the world from above. All 16 colors are available, they work in any dimension, and can be recolored if desired!

How It Works

To take to the skies, gather the ingredients for a hot air balloon—primarily iron, leather, wool, and string. Once assembled, fuel it (recipe: leather + coal/charcoal) and ascend. To descend, use a sandbag (leather + sand).

Controls

• Left-click with fuel — gain altitude
• Left-click with sandbag — descend
• Forward/backward movement keys — control direction (default W/S, adjustable in keybinds menu)

Hot air balloons, similar to boats and minecarts, turn into items when attacked.

Known Features

Currently, dismounting from a great height may cause fall damage—this will be fixed in future updates.

Question: Will there be ports to other Minecraft versions? Answer: The mod is created in Mcreator, which supports a limited range of versions, so porting may not be possible for all versions.

Question: Will there be Fabric support? Answer: Unlikely.
