BeamPass

With this mod, the beacon beam will be able to pass through certain blocks even if they are solid. For example, through Lodestone — I thought it would be useful and cool if a Lodestone compass pointed to a beacon. Of course, you could just place it under the beacon... but now we have this mod!

Commands

You can use the commands /beam or /beampass — they are interchangeable:

• /beam add <block> — make a block beam-passable (the beam can pass through it)
• /beam remove <block> — remove a block from the passable list
• /beam get — get a list of all blocks made beam-passable by this mod

To use these commands, permissions of the form beampass.commands.<command> are required, for example beampass.commands.add.

Setup

For the full effect, the mod must be installed on both the server and the client.

If you install the mod only on the server, you will get the beacon effects but won't see the beam. If you install it only on the client, you will see the beam but it won't be active (no effects, etc.).
