An interesting feature is that some beet blocks can be cooked similarly to food items. They will also automatically cook if struck directly by lightning - quite an unexpected cooking method!

Heart beets

Naturally generated giant beets always contain a special block called "Heart of beet," hidden in the very center of the plant.

If you place this block next to beet crops, the ordinary plantings will transform into special heart beet crops. Consuming the grown heart beet increases your maximum health by 1 point.

The maximum number of additional health points can be configured using game rules, allowing you to adjust the balance according to your preferences.
