Better Block Tooltip
With this handy mod, you can get extended information about any block in Minecraft right during gameplay. Simply press and hold the assigned hotkey (by default the left Shift key) while hovering the cursor over the block you're interested in.
Available block characteristics:
- Hardness - the block's resistance to being broken by tools
- Blast Resistance - ability to withstand explosive shockwaves
- Tool and mining level - which tools are suitable for efficient harvesting and the minimum required enchantment level
- Slipperiness - the surface friction coefficient of the block
- Luminance - the amount of light emitted by the block
- Solidity - physical properties of the material
- Note Block instrument - what sounds the block produces when used in a Note Block
- Burnable - ability to burn or sustain combustion
- Redstone Connectors - possibility of connection to Redstone systems
- Redstone Supports - ability to hold Redstone dust on the surface
