Better Combat + Enchancement Fix

Fixes an interaction issue between the Enchancement and Better Combat modifications, where the Thunderstruck ability ceases to function. The unexpected solution is that this fix works entirely on the client side without requiring server intervention.

It is expected that the fix will continue to function properly even after future updates to Better Combat beyond version 1.21.1.
