Better Impaling

The Impaling enchantment in Java Edition Minecraft has always disappointed players with its limitations. It only dealt extra damage to aquatic mobs like guardians, fish, and squids, while even drowned mobs were unaffected! The situation is completely different in Bedrock Edition - there this enchantment was overly powerful, increasing damage against all creatures in water or rain.

This mod corrects this imbalance by bringing the improved Impaling mechanics from Bedrock version to Java Edition. Now your tridents will become truly formidable weapons in any aquatic conditions.

Important note: for the mod to work, it's sufficient to install it only on the server; client installation is not required.
