Fence Crafting Fix for Binnie's Mods

This is an addon for Binnie's Mods that restores fence crafting recipes back to the mod. These recipes were originally removed due to significant performance issues caused by the existence of a massive number of combinations - exactly 63,375 different fence variations. The solution was necessary because we all love Binnie so much!

We created a custom dynamic recipe handling system that is much more efficient than the conventional approach of storing each recipe separately. This mechanism operates much faster and doesn't cause lag.

Please note: In version 2.0-pre4, developer Binnie567 independently restored the removed recipes, so this fix is no longer required.
