More Carpets

This mod significantly expands the decorative possibilities of Minecraft by adding around 240 new types of carpets to the game. All textures for these carpets are taken directly from the corresponding blocks of the vanilla game, ensuring full compatibility with any resource packs.

Important Information

For the mod to work, installation of the Blackwolf Library is required. Without it, the mod will not function.

Features

Many carpets retain the properties of the original blocks - some emit light like their prototypes. Colored glass carpets can change the color of the beacon beam, opening up new possibilities for decorative construction.

Creating Carpets

To craft new carpets, you first need to create a special carpet frame. In the recipe, you can use any standard carpet from the base game. After creating the frame, you will be able to produce carpets with the texture of any block you desire.

Special Carpets

Some carpets require special crafting recipes. These include: fire carpet, soul fire carpet, lava carpet (two versions), nether carpet, and strange carpet (no texture). To view all recipes, it is recommended to use the Just Enough Items (JEI) mod.
