Blocks for Builders

Blocks for Builders is a compact addition that expands the arsenal of building materials for players passionate about architecture and design. The mod maintains the atmosphere of vanilla Minecraft while significantly increasing the variety of decorative elements.

New Wood Types

The mod adds two unique wood types. Ghostwood can be found in supply chests on shipwrecks. Its saplings allow growing entire groves of this unusual material.

Green Jungle is the second wood type, with saplings located in jungle temples. The initial textures were created by Stridey from the Vanilla Tweaks project.

Rare Trees and Decorative Elements

Red oaks occasionally appear in forest biomes, and golden acacias in savannas. These trees offer players foliage in unusual colors: red and golden shades.

All leaf types are now available as fallen leaves - carpet-like blocks perfect for creating natural landscapes.

Corresponding bookshelves have been added for each wood type, allowing for creating harmonious interiors in a unified style.

Nether Block Improvements

The mod brings full compatibility between regular nether brick and red nether brick. A third block set has also been added - black nether brick and nether brick fence gates.

The elegant paper lantern serves as an excellent light source for Eastern and traditional constructions.

Technical Features

The mod works exclusively on Fabric. If you discover any issues or have suggestions for adding new blocks, report them in the comments or on GitHub.

Resource Packs

Additional resource packs are available for the mod:

• Leaves for BFB - adds bushier foliage for vanilla and modded leaf blocks
• Nether Woods for BFB - improves nether wood textures, making them cleaner and more vibrant
