Hidden in ancient chests, evidence points to some infernal experiment... What purpose could this strange thing serve? It appears to be made of organs... could it be alive?

This mod adds the Fetid Meat Flower to the game, which can be found in Nether fortress chests.

When you feed this plant raw meat, it spits out various items in return, showing particular interest in rotten flesh. Using the plant's tendrils, you can craft the Blood Fruit, which gives the player a health boost but at the cost of increased hunger consumption.

The plant's tendrils attach to cobblestone with astonishing speed, making them excellent decorations for your evil lair!

The plant clearly dislikes being fed plant matter. However, there may be one special type of plant that it might enjoy...

By creating the Mark of the Parasite, the player gains access to the unusual abilities of this strange creature. Wearing the tendrils provides a feeling of incredible health, but during physical exertion, a strange sense of exhaustion arises...

Probably nothing to worry about. Don't pay it any mind.

The Symbiotic Blade pairs perfectly with other parasite items, healing the wielder with each strike and allowing them to remain in the heat of battle even when severely hungry.
